Millheim is an early historic German community of Texas.
The town of Millheim was settled in the early 1830's near a water mill for grinding corn
located along the area creek, which soon became known as Mill Creek.
The original German spelling of the name was actually Muelheim.
We hope you enjoy these old photographs of Millheim area history.
