Age Requirements for Stay:
Guest must be at least 21 years of age and be able to show proper identification.

Occupancy Requirements: Limited to Two (2).

Rates: Two night minimum stay required* - $149.00 per night plus 6% hotel tax per night.
Holiday and Special Event stays are an additional cost and may require staying additional nights.
Please call for rates/minimum night requirements for holiday stays.

*First night stay can not begin on Thursday night, unless you reserve (Saturday night) your third night at a reduced rate of: $99.00 plus the 6% hotel tax.

Rates include a Continental Breakfast, an one-time linen/towel set-up and two bath robes.
   Continental breakfast includes coffee/tea, fruit, muffins, juice and yogurt.

Rates are subject to change without notice unless payment in full has been processed and confirmed.

We accept checks and money orders for payments. At the time of making your reservation, full payment is required.
We can allow 7 business days for your full payment to arrive to us by mail:

If your payment is NOT received payment within this period, your reserved nights will be cancelled.
Should your stay be a "close in" reservation, then upon arrival, payment in full by cash or money order will be accepted; NO checks accepted for a "close in" reservation.
You will have the option of receiving your confirmation via email or USPS,
including a detailed map for arriving at OmaMacHaus, and instructions for entering OmaMacHaus's gated property.

Cancellations: If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be returned minus an administration fee of $75.00 per stay. Any changes made to a paid reservation may also result in fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date and not re-rented (exact nights of your reservation), will result in guest forfeiting total payment.

Holiday and Special Event reservations must be cancelled 60 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, with all above rules applying.

Terms and Conditions: Your payment for staying at OmaMacHaus is acknowledgement of reading, agreeing to and abiding by ALL terms and conditions put worth on OmaMacHaus website. The person making the reservation will be held responsible for any damages made by themselves and guest during one's stay. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card upon arrival. In addition to policies on the website, a list of ALL OmaMacHaus terms can be found on the console table to the right of the back door entrance into OmaMacHaus.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house or on the property, and sorry, NO PETS allowed!

OmaMacHaus is a privately owned house. The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is highly recommended that guests use the furnished SAFE for ALL valuables, etc. Should you leave any items behind after your stay, every attempt will be made to return items to you.

While staying at OmaMacHaus, you may have two visitors. However visitors are limited to one car due to parking restraints and must be OFF the property by or before 10pm.

Furthermore, any reservation obtained under any false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all payments and the party/guest will not be permitted to check-in or may have to discontinue occupancy.

General Rules and Policies:
OmaMacHaus is on a septic system. Do NOT put grease, coffee grinds, food items, or personal hygiene products down the sinks or toilets.

Please be respective of turning OFF lights when not in use.
Whether your stay is during summer or winter, when the a/c or heater is on, please keep all doors opening onto porches closed.

OmaMacHaus owners recycle, so please rinse out all containers and place in the recycle bin located underneath the kitchen sink.

While at OmaMacHaus:
The entire Haus is yours to enjoy but please be respective of all things in the Haus.

Remember that you are in the country as well! There may be creatures lurking about and we do occasionally see a snake, so while outside wear shoes! Depending on the season, you may see deer, wildflowers and all kinds of birds, and we always have a family of hawks overhead...just to mention a few of the wonderful sights that go along with being in the country!

The Haus is surrounded by barbed-wire fencing with gates, which we, in the country, call "gaps".
The "gaps" should be kept closed at all times...or else you'll end up with stubborn cows or horses in the yard!

Areas marked "private" means be respective and do not enter! There's plenty of yard and Haus for romping and relaxing.

The owners Camille & DJ Cramer do live on the property, and although there is lots of room to roam, please don't expect to be hiking around the property naked. We won't!
